picking up 3 girlie ratties tomorrow

soooooooo excited!! 3 12 week old rats with a jenny for free from the breeder of my future blue babies a mik hooded, black blazed berkshire and a siamese rex

and a free jenny cage honestly i can NOT wait!! now all i need is names

You are really lucky all that for free!!!! I hope you enjoy your babies as much as i do mine who are now 9, 10 and 11 weeks old. I got them at 5 weeks old lol. Cant wait for pics!!!!

Got them, they are lovely one who i know dd will want to call rosie is sooooo cheeky she has no fear at all and isnt phased by anything

but the other two are alot shyer so its going to take a while for them to come around, but i'll leave them to settle in for a day or so before i start saying hi

I like any names we have a right mixture of names for the other animals lol

Well if one is going to be Rosie what about flower names, Lilly, Daisy that sort of thing maybe.

ratsrule.com - rat names database there are lists of names here with the meanings if they have them, this is where my daughter got our names from might be worth a look :-)

Yeah thats what i was thinking although im not sure ds will be pleased with such flowery names lol! i think we might put them all in a hat and pick names that way
