if that!! usually when i put her in her ball she sits and cleans herself eats the food she stored which means she clearly knows when clean out day is she gets munch prepared!! lol

she makes a bed in her wheel she used to run in it but now she sleeps there.
its not very possible to make a hamster exercise is it? shes getting so chubby as well!!!

Do you feed in a bowl?
With mine I scatter feed so they have to search instead of sitting in the bowl and just scoffing

i scatter feed her in the hope she will dig for her food in the paper shreddings but... she just eats when she comes across it with very little effort
