Definitely. You could bring rats along too if they haven't had contact with other rats recently. I can PM you the email address of the organisers if you feel you want to clarify it first.

All my rats are from un-knowns/rescue tho would that be an issue? Or is it just if you have had any infection within 3 weeks?

Yes please to the PM
That's fine. I'll be taking a rescue with an unknown background. The rule is just if they have contact with rats with unknown backgrounds in the last 3 weeks i.e. if you have rehomed any in the last 3 weeks you can't take rats along.
