Hunt For Hamster's Owner

There's a hunt for a hamster's owner found at a train station. WARNING! Photo may cause GMR disease. I was in a furniture shop earlier near Moss Side, and they had a glass gerbilarium for £12 and some unpriced hamster cages which would have been cheap judging by the gerbilarium, I managed to avoid asking how much the hamster cages were.

Err yes its my hamster, I err left him there accidentally when he fell out of my pocket, now how do I go about collecting him?
