Hey!
We're getting a new mouse at weekend and want a new home for the three of them to live in. We will be keeping the old cage too, mainly for changing and things, but we want something different. I like the habitrail stuff, but i dont know if this is suitable for mice. I know the bars have to be very small, like half a centimeter? But i went to the pet shop, and the guy was like, this wire cage would be perfect! and i said, mice can dislocate their jaws. And he was like...So? so i told him they would escape and he didnt seem happy. But i'd like a cage between £30 and £40 thats clear. Ive seen a habitrail one for £30, and some Rotostak stuff, but would really like some help on which would be best for our little mice! We don't really want a glass tank, as i find it too hard to clean out (We clean them at college and i struggle to lift lol!) So any help you can give us would be helpful because i want them to feel secure, and so i know that they are! Pictures or actual names of the cage would be brilliant! Thank youu! ![]() Edit: Would a Crittertrail? Be okay or is this definitely not right?

Re: Shopping for mice cages!
I have a Freddy 2 cage that my mice will go into once they are old enough
Savic Freddy 2 Navy Blue & Yellow at UKPetSupplies.com I got mine for £25 off ebay I dont like the habitrail/rotastak type as they are too small and lack ventilation. Mice like to climb, so need a barred cage

Re: Shopping for mice cages!
I've always wanted a wire cage due to how easy it is to clean and see. But in college I've seen mice pulled themselves free through bars. My mice might not but after seeing this, I'd rather have a clear one! Lol
what post!?! I can't remember!
