new home for old ratty in oxon please

Hiya,

i did post this in the wrong thread (rabbits) but the mods didn't bother to change where thread was for me when i asked (bad mods no donuts), so posting it in here.

We only have one rat left and aren't going to get any more. Sake died on new years day leaving poor old Kawaii alone. she's healthy, friendly and happy and used to a large colony (7 at it's largest), she's 2.5 ish but showing no signs of decline yet, i reckon she'll last at least another 6 months. She gets on well with all ages of rat including babies and ill rats (never had problems with her during intros or when any of her cage mates were severely ill).

I was hoping someone near-by (within 30 mins drive or willing to come down) would take her on so that she's not alone all day. She's obviously very loney as she's sleeping loads, me and OH work all day so she only gets play time after i've had tea (so playtime is at 8, i get home at 7) so doesn't see anyone for 11 hours. not much fun.

I live in north oxfordshire.

anyone wanting an oldie to add to the collection so she's not loney anymore? You can have any food and/or cage items from her cage if your interested too.
