looks like either nerve damage or a balance problem (ear infection possibly?) unless she has had a fall ?It definitely looks like a case for a vet to see.

Only thing I can think of is an ear infection hen. How long has it been like that? Is she still eating/drinking? Where are you located?

I am sorry but I dont think you can help without a vet.

Do you know any other pet owner who could maybe tell you what they do when they need the help of a vet?

Re: Please .. some one help my Genia Pig :(

I would say a high chance its an ear infection, she really needs to go to a vet if at all possible, If its not at all possible though could you ring a vet and tell them that you suspect an ear infection and ask if they could let you have some antibiotics by post? I think its unlikely they will but if you email those pictures then maybe they will.

Just wanted to mention that even if its possible for you to buy antibiotics over the counter (no idea if it is or isnt), that many common antibiotics are TOXIC to guinea pigs.
