Re: anyone seen this?

What's the difference between the two, why would she get fed up with one but not the other?

i dont know whether to contact her and ask about him... think my mother woul not appreciate any more animals, but i feel sorry for him/her!

Re: anyone seen this?

Well to be fair, it probably not a suitable hamster for her daughter.

However if she'd done her researh before she woud have known syrians don't look like that.

Re: anyone seen this?

Ironic her profile name is animal_mad...think it should be simply mad. Correct me if I am wrong but are the robo hamster also know as Siberian hamsters? Could be she mis-heard or something. but yes I hate those cages...unless attached to other cages then might be OK as a dining room! Would have loved a robo too but Stoke is way to far...AGAIN! xx

Re: anyone seen this?

That is awful! I have never owned a hamster but would have known right away that it was a robo!

Re: anyone seen this?

Is there no end to the amount of idiots there are around?

Mis-hearing what was said is no excuse, she should have researched.... sounds like this poor hamster was a total impulse buy

hope you manage to get her.....if you do, make sure you ask how she couldn't tell the difference!

it's like saying you thought your Jack Russell puppy was a Great Dane

i was cheeky and asked if she would drop the price because i would need to get it a new cage and she replied and said no, she'd already dropped it fom £20 to £10...

may see if i can get her/him. i work in stoke anyway so should be able to pick him/her up anyday if i can have 'it'

i know a drop wouldnt have made much difference, only thing is poor thing wil be stuck in the cage for a bit longer even if i can ger her.him...
