please help

i dont know what to do, ive never had 2 hamsters before and ive had them for nearly a week now in seperate cages.
first of all, one of my hamsters always is in her wheel, i think shes addicted to it and i dont know if thats good for her aswell when shes not drinking much :/
and the other one she always running about, never in her wheel she never drinks out her water bottle and is always freezing like for a minute. im worried and ive tried all sorts.

What you mean freezing?

Hamsters are all different. Also they don't drink too much so as long as they are ok I think they will be fine. Hamsters apparently can run 8 miles on their wheel each night!

My hamster Cookie always freezes all the time then just randomly starts moving again and she is fine. They normally do it to show they are listenng or have heard something and their ears stick up too. xx

As long as you keep on top of maintenance and fed and watered and played with...most hamsters are relatively healthy! xx
