Re: helppp

You could try a water bowl they might drink from that. Are you sure they're not drinking any water?

Re: helppp

You could get water bottles that stick to the side so they can be moved down a bit or try putting it in a bowl

Re: helppp

To be honest hun if you have seen them drink probably means they are. Maybe put something higher on. Out of experience I wouldn't get another stick on the side bottle. Maybe others would...but I found I would only put a tiny amount of water in it as otherwise it would be too heavy and also the suckers were bitten down...though that was a mouse.

You can get free standing ones...I got mine from the "Works" but you should be able to get from pets@home or other decent pet shops. xx

Re: helppp

my rats wouldn't drink out of a bottle so I got them a bowl. It's a coop cup that attaches to the side of the cage.

Re: helppp

to be sure i always check my bottles are working every day when i change there water by dabbing my finger on the end where the ball is and if the bubbles are going up to the top of the inside of the bottle i know its working.

just be careful if u do use a bowl make sure its shallow and that they can't get to wee in it.
i know rats tend to wee in water!
