Has Anyone Ever Used Equinecaninefeline??

I really want to order a few things from them, but I've heard mixed reviews. What are your thoughts?? Did anything you ever order arrive broken? Were they difficult if you've had to return something? Do they take a long time to ship??

Thank You!!

I order stuff from them all the time.
My things always arrive quickly and undamaged, and a few times they have thrown in some freebies
Am just about to place another order today actually.

They are usually good although for some reason my details get lost sometimes and I have to phone them up and get it sorted. They are always helpful.
