Question hmmmm

I had to seperate my winter white hammies yesterday as they kept fighting but I think they are happy living apart, but I was just wondering how much water do they drink, because when ive been around I have never seen Mayble have a drink, i dont know if she knows what it is... and she keeps scratching in her house, is this normal?

Re: hmmmm

Scratching could be mites. Get some small animal spot-on ivermectin just in case.
Hamsters come from arid environments and don't drink as much as the likes of rats. Just keep an ear out for the bottle and make sure it's working properly if you're worried she's not getting enough.
