Found this cage on Zooplus... it looks great!

Hamster Cages: great selection at zooplus: Small Pet Cage Falco

shame it's so expensive otherwise i'd be buying two of them for my gerbils

Think i'll keep my eye on this one

Does doesn't it!!

I was browsing on there to look for inspiration, i'm thinking of perhaps adding a cage topper onto my gerbils tanks, not sure though yet.

If by some miracle it comes down to about £50, I may invest in one

Re: Found this cage on Zooplus... it looks great!

I could really do with one of them because 3 of mine have chewed their way out of their cage..! Could hear tapping in my wardrobe (again) last night and out comes a little black gerbil.. Had to check both cages because I have 3 blacks and they all look the same

I may have to buy the 'large' one in PAH because it seems the biggest for my money But I think it's far too small. The joys these tiny little terrors bring to our life

omg i'd die if one of mine escaped, it'd be complete chaos!

I hate the P@H gerbilariums with a bloomin passion (think thats quite well known on here now lol) but still, you can't have them escaping

The largest aquarium P@H sell is a Clear Seal one and it's only £30, I have my gerbils in one of those (2 in that one and 1 in a slightly less tall one) it's perfect for keeping them in but they need to have some sort of lid making for them.

It's actually became the norm for them to escape! First it was Tam who I rescued.. First night I'm half asleep and see something with a tail run by my bed. I think 'noo surely it isn't..' but it was. So about 3am in the morning I'm chasing a gerbil around my bedroom trying to catch him Luckily these 3 escapees go into my wardrobe and thump their feet and run into my hands when I catch them. I think they realise they have done wrong

I'm not keen on them either but I'll have a look at the aquarium then. Won't be going to my usual PAH because the staff had an argument with me last time because I was advising someone what food to feed their dog

Re: Found this cage on Zooplus... it looks great!

Just had to go buy the tank

They are in a zoo zone and I went to clean it out.. There is chicken wire that sits over the top and I took it off and I realised I'd forgot the cleaning stuff.. I come back and Blu is standing at my wardrobe wagging his tail like crazy. One of them had managed to jump out So lucky Blu didn't catch it!! Anyway thats them safe in a tank now.. Silly me thought gerbils would be calm little pets..
