I have just been in to feed Zoro who my son now calls Mario.. And as I walked into the room I could smell that wet tail smell..... As I got closer to the boys cages Fred and Mario the smell got stronger.. and its coming from Mario's cage... Now Ive checked his bum and he looks fine his droppings are fine.... So am wondering why I can smell that horrid smell..

Can anyone else smell it with there hammies.. Im just a bit worried Ive got to go work in a min and am worried in case he is getting it.. He hasn't had any vegges/fruit for a few days.. But the smell has concerned me..

Although I can't find a sign of it.. and he isn't hunched or anything..

the only thing i can smell on my syrians is in the females when there in heat,and boy do they stink.

never smelt owt on benny my male syrian though.
so sorry can't be much help to u.

Have you checked the others just in case? It might be another you can smell. Other than this I cant think of anything. Sorry. xxx

Yep the girls are in a diff room... And they have only there girly smell Neeco always stinks of Pee.. some princess she is.. The boys are in my eldest room have been for nearly a week.. have checked both boys.. they are both out in there cages.. bum fine hair fine and they aren't scrunched up.. Ive got to go work in a min..
