I'm such a wimp!!!

After getting over a bout of GMR I got my new additions off Daisymoo on Saturday. Jenson and Lewis (forgive me OH wanted to be in on the naming this time round he he) There settling in at the mo and are absolutely gorgeous!!! There 6 weeks old and seem completely tiny compared to my 3 month old boys... Well the plan was to introduce them this weekend but my bottle went as I was so scared that the little darlings might get trampled on or bullied!!! I've even bought a carrier to help. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meet the newbies.....

Re: I'm such a wimp!!!

Aw, they're so sweet!
I really wouldn't worry about introducing them, your 3 month olds are still babies themselves so you're unlikely to have any problems. I remember being really nervous about introducing Harry and Teddy (then 4 months old) to Smokey and Bandit (then 18 months old) for the first time, but they really surprised me by instantly acting like old friends!

Re: I'm such a wimp!!!

They are adorable!! I'm tempted to ask landlord for rats!!

I haven't much experience....but Daisymoo herself adopted my sister's ratty babies...they were a few months old too but she can back me up in saying there was no problem with the simple introduction of putting them in the same cage as her Jenson

Good luck!! And congrats on gorgeous babies!! xx

Aw well don't worry there being well looked after, there still in the small cage as I find it less daunting for them. My husband is a little darling as he has just made me loads of ratty toys for the abode cage which recently arrived. I will get piccys as soon as they have all moved into it.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone regarding the intros I feel so much better about it now and intend to do it this weekend ha ha, will let you know how I get on.

Nicki you really must get some they are adoreable and soooo intelligent....I'm sure Jenson is the father of my boys!!!!

Cant wait to see piccys It sounds like they are being spoilt rotten

And yes Niki was right her sisters 2 ratties that I adopted settled in great with Jenson, there was no fighting at all and after just half and hour of being together they were all cuddling you would have thought they had always been with each other it was soooo cute

Oh and yes Jenson is the boys dad

If you really want some baby ratties my other female rattie Yoshi had a date with Jenson the other night and if they did the deed which I am pretty certain they did then more rattie babies will be arriving in about three weeks time!!!
