Re: Dudly our beardie

yes, im afraid that when he was a baby the owners kept them all together and they have a very healthy appitite and will try to eat any thing that moves. The owners were going to kill him and about 7 other siblings because all had bits missing. We took them all on and all grew to be happy healthy adults. It makes me very angry that people are willing to do this, with no thought to the animals. So many people dont think befor breeding beardies. The only safe way to house babys is in individual tubs but then theres the issue of uv lighting. You can bombard them with food when kept together but you will still end up with a few toes missing. The owner of ours called them "cash cows" and said he didnt mind loosing some and he made enough money of the ones that survived.
