RIP To our Darling Ossie, who sadly had to be put to sleep on Monday 2nd November 2009. We are heartbroken. You will be missed by Duchess, your cousin and little charlie too, as well as us your Mummy and Daddy. You Ossie, were so very brave and we were so lucky to have you in our Family. XXXX

Someone on the forum posted this poem on my thread to help me get through it and it is the most beautiful poem so I thought i'd share it with you. I too got my Scamps' ashes back and i have printed this poem and put it on the front of his urn.

Hey new to these boards but just thought id reply to you amandah about Ossie i know exactly how you feel hun! Lost my cav july 08 and now im only starting to get over it! Got her just before i was 8 and couldnt remember a single memory without her in it! But take your time and dont jump at getting a new dog to replace the big void in your heart let it heal a bit first!
