Had to have Jicme, our gorgeous Siamese cat put to sleep today.

Won't go into detail (I can barely see this screen through the tears) But he started coughing up blood, so we knew it was time, before he started suffering.

I'm devastated, and can't stop crying. I've had him since I was 5.

RIP my talkative little friend, run free at the bridge darling. xxxxxxxxxxxx <3

So sorry to hear your news-we lost 1 of our dogs Lulu 5 mths ago so I can understand how devastated you are
What you did was so brave and the last loving thing you could have done for Jicme,although I know that you,like me ,would give anything for 1 more day or even 1 more cuddle
I receive so much support on here and another forum site where I just poured my heart out like you ,not really able to see the screen
We are all here for you-please let us support you and not just today

So sorry for your loss. The time had come for him to go to Rainbow Bridge and you sent him on his journey free from pain. It was a very loving think to do as a pet owner.
In time you will be smiling again at his little ways and hopefully it won't be too long.
Sometimes it helps by having another little one to love and care for but only when the time is right for you.
For me it helps with the pain and you never will forget Jicme and never replace him. They are all one offs.
Take care of yourself and hope soon your tears will stop and memories will bring a smile to you x
