So sorry, it's never easy, but perhaps that much more difficult when we lose someone or something young? My thoughts are with you.

I have found Bach flower remedies to be gentle and supporting in times of loss and sadness. If you are interested, I would suggest Star of Bethlehem might help you, or at least be a good place to start
