My wonderful boy joined the angels today, I can barely see this for tears, my Rudi went to rainbow bridge last night, he had been so poorly with a virus recently and he took so long to start to put weight back on but he was looking great recently and had turned the corner, his breathing was good and he was loosing the boney look. This morning I got up and went to say good morning to the ratties and I saw straight away that something was wrong, everyone was huddled into a corner and Rudi was already gone. Rudi you were the most amazing rat Ive ever known, you were the lickiest cuddlyest rat and you just loved everyone, een if you did think you were human. Free range for Rudi meant sitting on mummy having a cuddle but it wasnt just me who loved you, you were the peacemaker and the gentle member of the cage, the world will be a duller place without you baby, goodnight my funny licky boy and wait at the bridge for me xx
