My beautiful cross Aylesbury duck (20/10/09 - 08/04/10)

Justine was born into a terrible place, bullied and pushed around as the runt of the group, barely fed by the people who owned her, trod on and pecked. She was hatched from her egg too early and, as a result, had a stunted wing. We rescued her and had the pleasure of her company for several months before she finally had to be euthanized because her lungs were failing due to pneumonia, which she had developed as a duckling.

We will always miss you, our big fluffy duck.
