Sorry

I'm sorry I don't come on here very often, but I'd just like to say I feel the pain you are suffering.

It's nearly 12 months since Amber crossed the bridge and the pain at times is still very raw, but time is a great healer, and with the happy memories and the help of our new puppy Dillon life is getting easier. He will never fill the hole in my heart left by Amber but it's a little smaller now.

Re: Sorry

That's exactly how i feel, i lost my girl in July, and still cant talk to people about her with out crying, Ellie was a very special, clever, canny, funny and stubbourn girl, but boy, do i miss her, all her funny little quirks, her panting at night and her howling at the 999 services and the ice-cream van, she was only 10, and taken too early and too suddenly, she never let her ostioathritis get to her and loved life, even if it was at a slow pace, that was my girl.
Enjoy your animals while you have them, love them and always do the best for them, so there can be no regrets when you have to let them go, that i can say i always did.

Re: Sorry

you have nothing to be sorry for, it's a sad section of the forum that I think we all wish didn't have to exist! some people do find it hard to read the threads and there's nothing wrong in that at all

Your Amber was beautiful, I was sad when I read she'd gone, can't believe it's nearly been a year x
