Poor Belle - RIP and run free.

I do hope they manage to track down this horrible person who could do something like that - I do not know how they can drive away it is so cruel. Fair enough it was an accident in the first place but then to actually drive away knowing what they have done is beyond me, lets hope karma plays a role here.

As the above poster has said - it is an offence not to report a RTA involving a dog. The drive has 24 hours I believe to report to any police station.

Hope there was a lead on the car, whoever can leave an animal suffering cannot have a heart!
