Re: sleep tight little buttons

Nite nite, sleep tite, Baby Buttons - but then wake up in your new life again in the morning and snuffle, and play and do all the things that make you feel good. Bet your Mum-in-heaven was so pleased to have you back with her. Send loving thoughts to your human-Mum Wendy and make her feel better, cos she misses you so.

Re: sleep tight little buttons

dear alpha
yes she was so young and my guinea pigs are all healthy, it makes me wonder why we try so hard to help her live and she had no imunity system for her survival,
she was never weaned only for a short time, whilst the mother died she was bought up by other feeding methods, she must of been very young because she didnt know where the food dish was, i was thinking that she inherited a desease from her mum, she shown signs of undernorishment and possible a stroke.
i know now shes better and safer where she is it would have been a fight to keep her alive at such a risk.
loving memories of baby buttons will live forever i buried her today in a little cardboard box she was in a red corded hat where she used to sleep sandwhiched inbetween i put garden mint dandilion leaf in her box and a little soft toy.
we will remember her always
love wendy 517 xxx

Re: sleep tight little buttons

Hello again Wendy517

I do hope you are feeling a little better now. Your story about Baby Buttons really squeezed my heart. You are right though, she is now in a safe place and whole and happy again.

How considerate that you sent her on her way so lovingly. I do the same for my babes when they pass over the bridge, they always take a favvie soft toy with them and a treat.

Take care
Alpha-She xxx
