worried about thumper

well thumper coat has been in very good condital the last couple of weeks iv been brushing him everyday which help make it go all soft for a couple of hours but then it back to looking really dry and messes.
his 3 years old and has never had any prombles with his coat before and iv never had to brush it before either.
he is still eating not like he used to. he used to eat all his food within an hour, now there is still food in his bowl at the end of the day, still drinking, and now he is very cuddley not that i mind that but he was never like that, wouldnt either sit on my lap for a min but last night he sat on my lap for 30 min.
could just be me worrying but i love him so much. thinking i will take him to the vet just to get him checked over

Re: worried about thumper

I think it's a good idea to take him to the vet. I know one of mine stopped eating so much and it was her back teeth that had grown so much they were stopping her eating. She now has to have them ground down every couple of months because of the way they grow. It's so hard to tell with bunnies if they are poorly and they go downhill so quickly too.

If in doubt, always take thumper to the vet. It is better to be safe than sorry. Plus will make you feel better
