Timid buns
Some pics of my baby bunnies Ripley and Gizmo, they are really timid though. Unfortunately the week after I got them Giz got really ill and they went back to get treated but didn't think Gizmo was coming back, but she's a fighter. The trouble is it was a good few weeks wihout much contact (and non with me) so they are very timid, they don't bite but just run away and seem very scared all the time. they are little and i know i must looking pretty scary but I always try and be gentle when I hold them and to bring them lots of juicy dandelion leaves but they still aren't too happy. Anyone got any ideas?

they are beautiful!!The best way to build up a relationship with tiid buns is to spend as much time as you can with them. Its important not to force interaction, so sit in with them and everytime they come to you give them a treat like your dandelion leaves so they start to want to spend time with you and see you as someone positive to be around. It has to be on their terms, they will come round. My two will follow me when i call them time and patience is the key.

Re: Timid buns
The are sooo beautiful!!!
Ours were very shy when we first got them, within time they will get used to you being around, just make sure you spend lots of time with them, and lots of treats as a bribe will work too! |
