Aww he is grorgous
 she sounds a nice owner, accepts she cant look after him and wants the best for him. She has large quantities of food etc im sure she wodlnt of bought in bulk if she had any intention of giving him up. sounds like she has made every effort to do what the best for biscuit just a shame she is ill but im sure he will be fine with you, offere to send her updates and photos to make her feel better
