Re: RIP Missy and help please

Thanks so much everyone.

Just thought i'd update you on pixie (just tell me to shut up if you don't want to know any more about her) We she nudges her teddy around as if to say move. She seems to be coming to us more i suppose shes looking for missy. I thought that maybe she'd be scared of us but in fact shes come to us more than before. She would never let us touch down by her mouth now she likes us to give her a scratch there.

Just a few quick questions is it ok to clean her cage out as we thought not to do it straight away after the accident? (not sure if that was right)

Last night we noticed that she had quite small soft poops they were stuck together there were quite a few of these, there were also some normal ones, does anyone know what this is, is it caused by the stress? Were keeping an eye on it.

Re: RIP Missy and help please

the poo sounds like she has eaten too much, have you been feeding her more treats, veg, fruit etc? I would say you should be fine to clean her cage out, might get rid of some of the smells that are in there and stop her expecting to see missy.
