I'm confused

My rabbit didn't drink any water last night and hasnt drank much today even though it's really warm

Could it be he is sulking as we are decorating the room he is usually in and have had to move him to a different room until we have finished? Or could he be sick?

Has he eaten normally. I find if mine have eaten veg they don't drink as much or if they're off they're pellet food and hay they don't drink much either.
