Re: Introducing house rabbits to house cats

best thing to do is have buns in a cage and see how the cats react to them or vise versa. you will also have to watch that the rabbits dont attack the cats as rabbits can give a nasty bite if scared. |

Re: Introducing house rabbits to house cats
Id like to know the same with introducing norm to dogs - my mum has 2 yorkie pups and i promised i would look after them in sept when my parents go away (this was before i got norm).
My parents havent been on hol for years and they have been saving for this for a long time for my mums 60th I know they cant afford to board the dogs and wouldnt want to as Buddy the boy is quite nervous, Holly the girl couldnt give a cr@p who looked after her! x

Re: Introducing house rabbits to house cats
Yes it can be done i introduced my 3 year old bengal to my buns when i adopted her, but it has to be done carefully and even when they accept eachother i would never leave them together unsupervised.
