Urgent Help Needed!!!!

I brought a rabbit from a breeder near me, a white lopeard male called Sweap, then we thought he looked lonely and we brought another rabbit from the petshop as another breeder had them as an unwanted litter and gave them to the petshop, I got sold Strip as a male silver fox, but he is now 20weeks old and has no male bits like Sweap did when he was his age ( Sweap is 6 weeks older) is there anyother way I can tell that Strip is male or female.

Male rabbits I have had in the past try humping eachother straight away, but these pair never humped eachother :S

So how can I tell if a rabbit is male from a young age.
