Rabbit hutches

Hi all

i was just wondering what kind of hutches everyone has for their rabbits i.e. double levels with run attached etc, atm mines in a large dog crate in the house as he has recently had an anesthetic for his teeth so didnt want to put him outside in the cold temps while he was recovering but soon he shall be moving outside probably in the garage. i already have a large run for him and a outdoor cage but tbh i hate it and cant have him living in it it was a last minute buy as i had to bring him home from work for a few days and didnt have a cage for him. sooo anyway ignore me blabbering on what cages do we all have for our furry pets

Re: Rabbit hutches

I think a lot of commercial bought rabbit hutches are far too smalli opted for a low dog kennel type house with a massive run attatched to it,they lived out all year round in it quite happily

Re: Rabbit hutches

That sounds like quite a good idea, ive always said when i move out and have a bigger garden will have a few and convert a shed, but i deff like the idea of that and im sure charlie(the rabbit) would love it aswell cheers for the idea
