Wat is my bunny saying

My new lil girl is now obsessed with coming onto the bed. She does this as much as I'll let her but as she kept weeping on here iv had to cut it down. Although wen she jumps onto the bed she thumps her feet just once and then jumps off. I always thought it was rabbit saying like I didn't like that I'm mad, upset or as a warning. I car see why she wud be saying this as she gets on herself and then withing 5 mins in running round on here doing lots of binkies. Why is she doing this ?

Re: Wat is my bunny saying

From my experience, thumps can mean much more than a warning/mad/upset.

My Chloe will thump to say "now daddy! that hay box isnt filling up fast enough!"

Joey on the other hand will thump EVERY time he sprints. He will thump and immediately run as fast as he can down the hall, through the house, round the kitchen table and back down the hall again. Then he will thump and start the whole thing again until he is worn out.

Chloe will also thump if your feet hang over the bed. She doesnt like anything hanging over the side of the bed, so she stands underneath your feet and thumps until you move.

I guess in your case your bun could just be saying "look at me!" and then jump off because she wants you to watch her run... my buns love an audience...
