I've watched that video before, personally I didn't like it.

Re: The world's first Sheepbunny!

I didn't like the fact it tried to bite the sheep. He reminds me of a rabbit my uncle bought for me when I was younger. He bought it from a cattle market that was auctioning off chickens and rabbits Anyway the rabbit was like that and it got to the point where if he was in the garden me and my sister couldn't be. My dad would have to carry us down the path if we wanted to go out because it used to chase us and had a nasty bite. Despite that he was our responsibility and we had him for a few years until he tunneled out under the fence and onto the field behind our house. We looked for him but couldn't find him. To be fair he'd gotten out a few times, we just used to keep his exit open for when he returned and he even had a burrow under our lawn, which meant we weren't allowed to play on the grass in case it fell through! That uncle hasn't been allowed to buy us a pet since...

I'm not sure how well it would be at practical herding; getting them into pens. I just like the fact that when he takes a break and lies down towards the end the sheep are looking him like 'where do you want us to go now?'. Personally I would have taken the opportunity to RUN!

Re: The world's first Sheepbunny!

Personally I don't see the problem with it. The rabbit is not being forced to do anything, it is clearly not scared of the sheep, and at least it is not shut in a cage like so many rabbits.

Please explain to me what is wrong with this?

What you are seeing is a very lonely, territorial rabbit
He/she isn't herding the sheep, he/she is trying to get them off his/hers territory.

Yes, ok I see what you mean. I hadn't looked at it like that. We don't necessarily know that he/she's lonely though. I just (perhaps naively) look at things on face value rather than reading into things. But yes I see what you mean.

Looking at the behaviour I can guarantee it.

yes we do, look at its behaviour, its trying to integrate itself into the sheeps herd, they have no idea how to read its body language though, which is proving VERY frustrating to the poor rabit, which is then trying to see them off its territory
