Anybody in East Yorkshire - frenchie needs home

Hi all,
I had to pop in to the evil Pets at Home for some cat litter today. Hate the place but not many places sell the litter i use so...

In their adoption section is a beautiful black/White broken French Lop girl. About 18 mths they think. She needs rehoming as owners "couldn't cope with her size" (??)
She seems lovely. Advert says adult owner needed, not children.
She appears calm, relaxed and in good health. I doubt she is spayed.
Can anybody at all find a home for this girl?
So many people were wandering past and comment how "cool" it would be to have a big rabbit and it was clear nobody had a clue about their needs. I just worry another fad owner will get her short term.
She seems lovely and deserves a home.
Anybody?

Re: Anybody in East Yorkshire - frenchie needs home

I agree, pets at home is over-priced and they appear to have no idea where the animals have come from, but I do like what they are doing with the adoption bit and I think it is an excellent idea, although they are going about it in the wrong way. When people go in looking for a rabbit they should push the adoption center more and the enclosure they are in is way too small for the amount of time they spend in there. The baby rabbits have a lot more room and they are likely to be sold within a week.
