Re: growth

its all down to their breed and their breeding, what breed ar they?

this is a good example

cleo, the big bunny, is still growning, she will stop growing at around 1 - 1.5 years due to her breed, and she is bigger then the others due to her breed.
the others are all fully grown already!

Re: growth

yes cleo is a conti

it depends on the breeding behind them, lionheads bought from pet stores are often X's so some are bigger and some are smaller, also even if they are pure lionheads, if they havent been bred to BRC standards they can be over sized or under sized

there are many different types of lop, mini, dwarf, english, french ect

french lops are MASSIVE compared to a lionhead, dwarf lops are large compared to a lionhead, minilops are small compared to a lionhead (going by BRC standards)

Re: growth

looks like a dwarf lop to me too, despite the name, there really isnt anything dwarf about a dwarf lop, they dont even carry the dwarfing gene, they are called dwarfs because they are the smaller version of a french lop, so are dwarf compared to them i suppose

Re: growth

from memory a dawrf lop weighs in arround 2-2.5 kg and a lion head around 1.3-1.7. However as said they could both have backgrounds from elsewhere which will influence their size
