My Saffy's face is swollen!

I think it is. I notice things like this then get really paranoid about it. But I think it is. It's awful I can't rule out Myxi...though she was jabbed...though is due another!! She needs positive vibes as we are going to vet this afternoon. Another long ride to a completely diff vet. Just hope she's OK!! Poor little thing!!

Doesn't sound typically like Myix to me.. it's normally the eye lids swell up and close, as though they are having an allergic reaction.. (have a look at the photo in the myxi thread)

It could be her teeth and tear ducts maybe??

Yes I looked at your post! She looks nothing like your poor bun....i am so sorry about that hun!!

Yes could be teeth...she's never had dental problems before...but could be. It has been freezing too...wondered if it was respiratory. There is so little help online.

Thanks so much for replying. I am literally shaking here!! xx

aww try not to stress hun, Im sure she will be fine doesn't sounds like myxi to me.. sounds more like her mouth/teeth.. I went to take Chester to have his nails clipped a few weeks back and had his back teeth checked while I was there, I was told they are on a slant and don't rub together as they should.. would never have known otherwise!

How is she in herself?

Re: My Saffy's face is swollen!

OK am home now...ready to get taxi at 4.00. But am seriously questioning my sanity. Just looked in on her and she looks ok. Though she does look chubbier around her face. I was sure her eyes were swollen. I was just looking then and I think they do look more sunken in but not sure. Am gonna try upload some pics. If anyone has a mobile that I can message pics to then I will do! I am so confused!! Looked so much worse before...think my mind has exaggerated the memory!

Oh and Tink she is OK...eating/drinking fine. Maybe a little less playful...though it is freezing xx
