I'd personally buy a snugglesafe heatpad. It's designed to be used with animals and it's chew-resistant.

get a snuggle safe, I know there not cheap but, theres no filling or nasty eyes for them to eat.
However rabbits will get used to having heated hutches, so you are best to use it every night other wise they wont acclimatise properly and will suffer even more.
