November 5th

I know its a little way off yet but I was wanting some tips for the buns as this is their first bonfire night.
I am going to move them into the shed for the winter months and let them out in the yard during the day.
So do I leave them in the shed or have them in the house?

Re: November 5th

I tend to just shut my shed door before it gets dark, check on them a couple of times and leave them too it. They all act like nothings abnormal! It'll be the frenchies first fireworks so I'll keep an extra eye on them.

Re: November 5th

Rabbits cope fine with it, i breed French lops and also have fireworks in my garden and they are always fine. Making a fuss will make them worry.
Fireworks start alot before nov 5th so they will gradually get used to the bangs and colours anyway.
Rescue remedy is an option if you have a very nervous rabbit?

Neither of them are nervous, but I didn't make a fuss last year with Dorrie and she was fine. Thanks for the advice everyone
