Re: Our new baby bunny:)
It is recommended that both sexes of rabbits are neutered because females that are kept entire have a 80% chance of contracting uterine cancer.
I suppose the store owner said to keep him indoors because it's getting colder now and he doesn't have his winter coat to keep him warm. I got my rabbits in September 3 years ago and they went outside straight away, but it seems to be very cold now, so it's your choice whether you keep him indoors or not. If you decide to keep him indoors, he'll have to stay inside until the spring (around April time) when it warms up as he wouldn't have built up his winter coat. I would recommend neutering him when he's old enough to make it easier to bond to your male.

Re: Our new baby bunny:)
Have you treated your remaining buns with panacur?
I think its a 28 day course (you'll have to treat your newbie as well). |

![]() Also I agree with Seven Pets, it would be better to get your females neutered as it will not only stop the chance of uterine cancer, also if you don't you will have 2 very frustrated females that might bother your male to much, which could lead to a fight. Whe it comes to putting them outside I think now is going to be your last chance for this year, as Seven pets said if you keep them in they will have to stay in until at least April
