Amos is driving me nuts

Pickles and Amos fell out about 3 weeks ago. Pickles was bullying him and the only place he could sit or sleep was on the lower shelf or the steps as Pickles chased him from the floor. Sometimes he went on the top shelf of the shed, but mostly on the steps. They've been friends now for at least 2 weeks.

The problem now is that - Amos is pooping on both the steps to the top shelf - he is pooping on the top shelf in the hay and he is pooping around the litter tray and sometimes, various other parts of the shed. I am only guessing it is Amos as i haven't seen him do it as of yet - but I have never seen Pickles on the shelves and I have seen Amos on them.

I don't know if Amos is making some kind of stand because he had to sleep on that area when they had fallen out and so feels he must protest by pooping on them lol. Every single day there are poops on the steps and top shelf. They were both completely little trained before this. I am not sure how to sort out this problem. Any suggestions welcomed.
Jacqui

Re: Amos is driving me nuts

Thanks Emzy. I guess I will be scooping up poop until he - or I guess I shouldn't be biased as it could be Pickles - but I doubt it - until they decide to stop pooping where they shouldn't. There has been no new litter tray or anything else. I use two large litter trays and replace one with the other daily. So, who knows.
