Re: Basil - rabbit exposed to ecuniculi
Aw there's loads of lovely buns on there! Wish I had more room to take on more. I like the look of Dumbledore!
Am curious though why does Basil need to go with a female who has been exposed to EC? If he's had it but now had the treatment and is cured does it not matter who he's partnered with? - but I'm no expert which is why I'm asking ![]()

Re: Basil - rabbit exposed to ecuniculi
i'm not so sure either
I have been reading this RWAF: Encephalitozoon cuniculi made me think my George has probably been "exposed"

Re: Basil - rabbit exposed to ecuniculi
That is a very interesting article!
As Sugar was suspected of having EC and if we assume he did have it then I guess that means Lottie has been exposed. I wormed her though so hopefully that means Alan hasn't been but by reading that article I guess unless you know the parents never had it then any rabbit could be and you'd never know. Maybe Basil could be paired with any female and be fine? Might increase his chances of being rehomed then! ![]()
