Smile Update on Lym bunnies including couple of pics...

They are all safe!!! Took from 10.30 until 6.30pm to organise and get them all out. The girls that came down to take them (including duchess on here) were amazing, so organised!

They are literally are all stunning....

Have had to strip in the kitchen and put my clothes straight in the washing machine, all covered in mud!!

Conditions were awful, they were in 3/2ft hutches that were falling apart under a shelter in deep mud. There were a couple of does in with bucks so they'll be in kit no doubt the babies were in with the mums so that wasnt a problem. There were quite a few bunnies 'scanning' mainly REW lops but to be honest they all look very well considering the conditions, i think the lady really did love them just lost control and didnt have the understanding of what they needed, she did the right thing at the end of the day, they were putting the hutches on the bonfire as we left. She made us tea and said she feels bad now she realise the hutches were really too small.

Lumpy has adopted a beautiful buck and collected him from me today and has bought my hutch/run

Here he is... shes named him Furby

Re: Update on Lym bunnies including couple of pics...

Good to see they're all out and safe. I hadn't heard anything from the person I emailed about it so was starting to worry in case nothing was going to be done. Disappointed I wasn't there to help but as long as all are safe.

Yeh sorry hun, it was all so hectic, Duchess didnt get back until 10.30ish and was still unloading buns until very late. To be honest it was a sensitive situation with the lady and we couldnt have had anymore people there. Just about to upload the pics Duchess took of some of the hutches/conditions so brace yourself!
