Re: Molting.....

Well at the moment I'm just taking about a handful off Rini each day, just so she doesnt have too much to get into her system when cleaning... I know they cant deal with hair balls... but they must swallow some.. if not alot when grooming themselves.. even normally.
I would normally have a good couple hours outside plucking her but the weather hasnt been reliable, I've been working, and Rini has started being really freaked out when getting moved about (since the last vet visit) so the last time I tried to groom her outside it didnt go well at all and I dont feel like putting her through it again anytime soon :/

I hate molts, you cant touch them without half their back coming with you and the cage and room becomes a right state, especially since her belly is white >.< lol cant wait for it to be over!

Re: Molting.....

Rascal and Mclaren are both going through a HUGE moult!!! They look such a mess! And neither like being groomed! I am just plucking chunks of fur out whenever I can get away with it! lol
The other 4 are fine! My nethies dont ever seem to moult and I guess the frenchies are too young yet.
