Litter training is not going so well.

Patches has decided her litter tray is a bed and poops everywhere but the litter tray. Hubby and I have agreed that our no one priority is to 1 get her a run and 2 get her a bigger cage. So I'll start saving Also can you use paper based cat litter with rabbits? I think patches is allergic to wood chippings as it keeps making her sneeze especially when you clean her cage and it's definitely not snuffles as she's been to the vet on Tuesday and I asked.

I buy rabbit litter from pets at home - it's like compressed wood that expands.

Re: Litter training is not going so well.

It doesn't really bother me, it's just that she's going anywhere so I have to clean the cage every 2-3 days or it gets nasty (I mean full on clean). If she was using the litter tray I'd only have to fully clean it once a week and take the litter tray out daily. Plus I worry that she might get sick with all that poo around her. Strangly enough she doesn't poo in the litter tray because she sleeps there.
