My daughter just stuck her sweatpea flower in the cage. There were no seeds in it (I know the seeds are poisonus to them) but what about the flower? I managed to get out one of them before she ate it but I think she may have eaten one. Are they poisonus to rabbits? Do I need an emergancy vet trip?
Infact I might just call the vet anyway...

According to this website it sez that the stem, seeds and fruit is poisonous but I can't find anything about the flower
So yeah I'd give your vet a call just in case.

They said it's just the seeds, fruit and stem. They said to keep an eye on her but she should be fine. I was so worried. You can't turn your back for more than a second with kids!

I called them, I came online to see if it was poisonus. I guess I should of just called them first but she's fine and it's not luckily! Narrow escape!
