app 6 foot long but will measure and photograph tomorrow, not mint but still serviceable the cover over the laying box bit has rotted by the hinges but i will replace this if required (only minor) it is a bit like this 6ft chicken run - Bing Images although the run is under the house and the laying area is upstairs. ladder bit is missing but easily replaced or made.

we have used it to keep flemish giant rabbits in
this has been painted with green cuprinol but i would say could do with doing again. not expecting loads fo money but £30 would be nice.
