feeding ducklings
My duck eggs have started to hatch, with any luck should have 8 little ducks soon. I have been told that I cannot feed them dry food, it must be soaked. I have no idea can anybody confirm this etc?

One of my friends swears that feeding duckings small flakes of duck (similar to the kind available at most all-you-can-eat chinese buffets) actually makes them grow bigger and stronger and in to what he describes as "superducks".
Can anyone confirm this?
