Unhappy My Silkie is really Ill Please help :,-(

My silkie has been a bit lathargic the last 3 days and yesterday I brought her into the house and put her in my old rabbits indoor cage, I gave her water with apple cider and layers pellets with cod liver oil... she wouldn't eat but I got her to drink.... She keeps fallin over and prefers to lay on her side with her wing outstretched. This mornng I changed her food to chick crumb and gave her some more apple cider vinegar with her water but still not eating. The most worrying thing is that this morning she got into a bit of a flap and seemed distressed when I picked her up there was a large pool of yellowish water with white poo and seed like bits under her and the smell was rancid almost like vomit/urine. I cleaned her up and put fresh paper down etc and have now put her in a shoe box to keep her upright with absorbant paper incase this happen again.....

She is bright and alert just not moving or eating!!! I can't find any physical injuries or signs of illness and her eyes are bright and open and her beak and mouth are clean I work at an animal sanctuary and know its unlikely a vet will do any more than give her a vitamin shot

I have also given her Lucazade.

Get her to the vet asap, she has likely got a bacterial infection of some description. They will probably giver her antibiotics in the form of baytril.

Thank you I'm actually in North Wales not Dorset sorry for confusion. I took her to the vet and found out she has severe twisting of the neck from a virus or infection! She gave my silkie 3 injections a multi vit, baytril and dexafort.... I have been given 24 hours for her to make an improvement or the vet recommends having her euthanised Luckily 3 hours in and my chicken has recovered her appetite and is eating byherself and is drinking a lot of water she is yet to stand but has managed to remain upright since we got back from the vets!!!

I don't want to get my hopes up but its hard not too!!
