Swollen Eyes?

I have about 35 rhode island red hens, recently I have noticed 1 of them has had swollen eyes and finds it difficult to see It's been like this approx 2 months and still eats and drinks as normal.

Any Ideas???

I'm not sure, it doesn't seem to have sorted it's self out from the day I noticed it.
